Clear terms for discovery, bookings and attendance.
These operational terms are a product template and must be reviewed by qualified Nigerian counsel with the final legal entity, refund policies and provider arrangements before public launch.
Bookings
Prices and availability are confirmed only by the server at checkout. A reservation is temporary until a payment provider sends a verified confirmation. Each experience may have additional disclosed inclusions, exclusions and eligibility rules.
Tickets
Issued QR tickets are unique, signed and single-use. Tickets may be transferred only through an enabled platform flow. Altered, duplicated, voided or refunded tickets are not valid for entry.
Cancellations and refunds
Eligibility depends on the experience policy, timing, provider state and applicable law. Requests do not guarantee approval. Approved refunds are returned through the original provider where supported and provider posting times may vary.
Creators and sellers
Third parties must be approved, accept the applicable agreement and operate only within their assigned organisation and permissions. Approval can be suspended for safety, fraud, service or compliance concerns.
Acceptable use
Users must not abuse inventory, bypass payment, scrape personal data, falsify ticket scans, interfere with the service or use the platform unlawfully.
